Who We Are

Our Mission

The mission of the Swarm Football Team has three pillars.  One, is to provide young men of Northwest Missouri with the opportunity to continue playing the game that they love, while trying to get them as close to the pro football experience as possible.

The other, is to provide Missouri football fans the opportunity to enjoy the game day experience of a pro football game, without the continuously inflating costs associated with major league sports.

And the third, is to provide great advertising and promotional opportunities for the local, small businesses, of our community.

Extraordinary Experiences

Along with providing our players with the opportunity to play, we strive to provide these athletes with the experiences and obligations, that come along with the “idea” of being a professional player.

To date, we have put our players in front of our community in contributing volunteer positions.  Whether it’s cleaning around the property of the Noyes Home for Children, leading the Chiefs Flag Football program at the St. Joseph YMCA or supporting events like the 2022 Turkey Trot 5K Run, we show our young men how they can make an impact.

And as a reward, we engage in other opportunities like playing an exhibition game at U.S. Bank Stadium, home to the NFL’s Minnesota Vikings and AT&T Stadium, home to the Dallas Cowboys.  Whether it’s giving back or fulfilling life-long dreams, our players come away with extraordinary experiences.

When do hornets SWARM?  Only when they feed!  Teamwork is our only path to victory and how we work as a team, the culture in which we do it is how we will always win, together.

  • Family - Bond and brotherhood of being a part of the Swarm Football Team is our number one Value. A family is a team and as a team, you can achieve victory over anything.
  • Trust - Everything we do, we do with the honor and integrity that we hold ourselves accountable to each other and the team. And know that the way we all hold ourselves, is representative of us all. Weather it's the challenge of an opponent on the field, the goal of a mission off the field or just the obstacles that arise in our personal lives, we know we can achieve when we Swarm Together.
  • Loyalty - Family and Trust natural produce a strength in loyalty to the future of the program. In our small six-year history, we have countless examples of our alumni, returning to support and event, a goal or a role, to help advance the program forward. We are lucky to have such highly committed Men & Women of character.
    Innovation - Together, we will always move forward with new ways to improve our game, our program or our player experience. Whether it's through modern technology, a more focused exercise, or huge opportunities to play in NFL stadiums, we will always evolve forward, bigger and stronger.
